INCLUDES:
- Service contract includes 1 Fall (Heating) and 1 Spring (Air Conditioning) inspection.
- Standard pleated (disposable 1”) air filters included. High-efficiency air filters are available upon request at an additional charge or customer can supply.
- Through equipment inspection, the technician will note any signs of deteriorating parts or repairs that would need to be made and bring them to the client’s attention.
- Priority service before Non-Contract Customers.
- 20% off of the total invoice.
